AB We describe an ongoing quality improvement project to reduce paediatric prescribing errors following our earlier interventions previously published.Data are available upon reasonable request. All data relevant to the study are included in the article or uploaded as supplementary information. At the time this manuscript was uploaded for review, we now have data up to and including April 2022. As this project is ongoing, there will likely be new data collected from May 2022 onwards, but these are not yet available.
