There are two errors in this paper which were not corrected by the production department and we would like to apologise for this oversight. In the title of table 4, page 31, it should read “Autoimmune diseases associated with a positive ANA”. On the same page, top of the left hand column “autoinflammatory” should be “autoimmune”.
