We are delighted to introduce ADC Education and Practice. The purpose of this new edition is to assist paediatricians, at all levels in their training, in their ongoing professional development. Initially it will be published four times each year; ultimately it will alternate with the ADC Fetal and Neonatal edition.

BEST PRACTICE

Variation in practice and quality of care are startling both across the UK and abroad. This has led to emphasis on best practice — using the best and most current information for diagnostic and therapeutic decisions and for discussing prognosis with families. One Education and Practice section will focus on current treatment for specific diseases.
