IHS criteria for paediatric migraine without aura3
| A. At least five attacks fulfilling criteria B–D |
| B. Headache attacks lasting 1–72 hours |
| C. Headache with at least two of the following features: |
| 1. Unilateral/bilateral/fronto-temporal location, but not occipital |
| 2. Pulsating quality |
| 3. Moderate to severe intensity |
| 4. Aggravation by/or causing avoidance of routine physical activity |
| D. During the headache at least one of the following: |
| 1. Nausea and/or vomiting |
| 2. Photophobia and phonophobia |
| E. Not attributable to another disorder |
