Cutaneous eruptions on the feet of children can be challenging due to the amount of differential diagnoses. Three cases of foot dermatoses are presented.

Case 1: A 9-year-old girl with a 7-month history of pruritic maceration, scaling and fissuring in the interdigital spaces between the toes associated with desquamation of the forefoot (figure 1); the lesions were bilateral.
Case 2: A one-year-old boy presented with symmetric dry, erythematous, desquamative and shiny lesions on his toes and distal plantar skin (figure 2) associated with painful fissures on his toes. There were no lesions on the interdigital area.
